Faulty Items

Faulty items can be returned at any time. Should you receive a faulty item please contact us by email or by phone on stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault. The fault item must be new and labeled.
Shipping cost of return will be on our charge.

Please ensure you return faulty items to us as soon as possible.

Our Policy

Standard Returns & Exchanges

Please note that this standard right of return or exchange is provided in addition to the cancellation right set out above and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you wsh to returns, shipping expenses are on your charge.

When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), and subject to the conditions set out below, you have 14 days from the despatch date to return Europe-bought full-price items to us for a exchange. Ensure that all of the items you wish to return are in brand new condition, in the original packaging with the tags attached.
All the returned items MUST BE NEW, WITH LABLES. If the labels are missing, we'll not be able to proceed with exchange.

Refund are not possible on european orders.

We apologize but every order is with the vat of the country and we cannot ask refunds. We'll issue credit for the amount of your returned item that you can use on your next purchase.

Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending them to you and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item, the shipping cost for the return is up to the customer.
New shipping cost will be charged for the new item to change.

Note that the period for exchanges is 14 days from the despatch.

A product which you wish to return:

• It must be in new condition with tags attached.
• It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• It must be complete (i.e. together with all items such as a belt, keychain etc. which came with the original product).
• It must be packaged in a sufficiently sturdy box, so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.
